Club Championships 2023

The series comprises of up to 9 races in the season, club members can enter as many races as they like, but only the best performance over 3 races will count towards points i.e. a minimum of 3 races must be entered. These are as inclusive as possible with distances ranging from Sprint to Full Course [IRONMAN] to suit all abilities. The swim settings offer varied options including; indoor pool, freshwater lake, river, sea. Where possible, we’ve selected events in or as close as possible to Merseyside, and the North West that are popular with club members.

To be eligible to complete in the club championships you must:

  • Be a fully paid-up member of Mersey Tri at the time of each event you enter, through to the awards presentation held at the club AGM (November 2023).

  • When registering for the event, enter “Mersey Tri” as your club name (see * below).

  • Wear club colours at the event if you have them.

  • Entry is automatic as long as the above conditions are met. If for any reason you want to opt-out of the Club Championships, please email peter@merseytri.org.uk

* It’s the club members responsibility to ensure the club name is correctly entered when registering for the event, and that the club members own name is correctly typed and that the name matches the name held on the club members database.
