Tuesday:

8.30pm - 9.30pm / Swim / Caldy Grange (£3)

Thursday:

7pm-8pm / Run / Various Locations (FREE Member Session)

Saturday:


9:30am Meet / Ladies Bike / Smithy Lane, Thornton Hough
NOTE: Ladies rides are every other week. Please let Emer know if you are interested in coming on the ride, she can be contacted by email here

Sunday:

4.00pm - 5.00pm / Swim / Oval Pool (£3)

From this Sunday, 20th November, there will be a lane for adult swimmers at The Oval session at 3pm.

While this will be uncoached, it gives swimmers the opportunity to swim continuously for an hour, or complete their own set. The cost is £3, OR you can then join the coached session at 4pm, giving you a two hour swim for a bargain price of £5!

NOTE: If an athlete has any injuries or medical conditions it is their responsibility to inform the coach  prior to the start of that session.

NOTE: These sessions are not organised by Mersey Tri and the relevant provider should be contacted for up-to-date session details


Tuesday:

6:30pm - 7:30pm / Run / Oval Track

6:30pm - 7:30pm / Run Tempo Session / Wallasey
