Something about you that many people do not know?: I have a cancer gene which I decided to have a double mastectomy and ovaries removed to prevent me developing cancer
If you could tell other athletes one thing you have learned so far in your training what would it be?: Train to enjoy it's not a chore!
What is your ultimate goal as an athlete?: To improve stay fit and enjoy life in the fast lane
Favourite Race / Course?: Loved 2015 lpool triathlon and love thurstiston multi terrain 6 miler
What's your most memorable racing moment?: Completing Virgin London marathon for alder hey hospital in memory of my brother
Any unusual race day routines or superstitions?: 10 trips to the toilet before a race!
What race / event / ride is on your bucket list?: An Olympic distance triathlon (entered Windermere) and do a marathon abroad! Possibly New York or Disney one
Swim: Wetsuit TYR / goggles speedo
Bike: Aldi special
Nutrition of choice: High five gels and high five recovery protein
