Something about you that many people do not know?: At first kept falling of bike when using cleats

If you could tell other athletes one thing you have learned so far in your training what would it be?: When you feel you cant go any harder in training, push a bit more you probably can and will during a race

What is your ultimate goal as an athlete?: To win gold in the 2017 world transplant games in Malaga for the virtual triathlon (400mtr swim, 30k road race and 5k run) and win gold in the cycling 5k time trial, and 20k team time trial.

Favourite Race / Course?: Not got one yet

What's your most memorable racing moment?: Winning 3rd place in the 2016 transplant games 10k road race as this was my first road race I have competed in.

What race / event / ride is on your bucket list?: World transplant games in Malaga 2017 representing GB transplant time

Bike: Road bike, shoes and helmet

Run: Running Shoes

Nutrition of choice: Early morning porage with fruit, afternoon / eveing wholemeal pasta and tuna, recovery choclate milk or a recovery shake followed up by fresh fruit and greek yogurt
