Liverpool/Sefton Sub Committee Update - Run sessions

A very big thank you to everyone who gave up their time to come to the meeting on Monday 23 May and also to those members who sent us their comments by email.  The Club now has a few ideas about future coaching and development initiatives in the short and long term for this side of the Mersey.

The Club relies heavily on the voluntary contribution of dedicated coaches and we are really grateful to those who have volunteered their time for some new sessions.  More details about new sessions will be posted over the coming weeks and months but in the meantime, here's some run sessions that you may be interested in: -

- Starting this Saturday 28 May 2016 at 8am at Sefton Park there will be a tempo run session led by James Muscart for those FASTER, advanced runners who want an early morning session.  Meet at the boathouse for a prompt departure at 8am.

- The Thursday evening half marathon run session all be starting again, this time with a plan for those who wish to do a half marathon in September/October.  The session will be ideal for runners of ALL ABILITIES and will commence on Thursday 9 June 2016.  As this is a longer session, runners will leave the boat house at 6:45pm sharp so don't be late!

- Tuesday evening run session continues as normal, meeting at 6:45 at the boat house by Sefton park. We are keen to emphasise that this session is suitable for all abilities, including beginners and is an ideal place to meet club members and learn more about triathlon.
