Saturday Track Session Litherland 10am

Get 2016 off to a good start with a 6 week programme of track sessions. 

Each session will aim to improve your running performance by working at different intensities to improve strength/running economy/speed and endurance over the six weeks. 

All abilities welcome and each of you will be given pacing times at each session to work to. 

We have the whole track to ourselves so it's a great facility, hope to see you there!
