Starting again tomorrow (Saturday 10th October) and running through the winter the coached running sessions on the athletics track at Litherland Sports Park are back.
Sessions are suitable for all standards of runner or any triathlon distance from sprint specialists to ironman racers. We will aim to improve technique through form drills, speed and endurance with track intervals with some other fun stuff thrown in to keep you all on your toes!
A typical session will include a warm up, group stretching, form/technique drills, a main set of intervals, team races and a full warm down including stretching. Sessions last 1 hour and usually cover around 5 - 6km of running.
Sessions are £2.50, please be there prompt for a 9:30am start tomorrow (the start time may change for future sessions).
