Mersey Tri supports Masters and PhD students studying sports science and nutrition at LJMU and encourages it's members to participate in their upcoming research trials. The benefits of being involved vary widely and include intensive training programmes, body composition analysis, physiological testing and individualised nutrition plans which can help you with your training and racing.
