Mersey Tri Sessions:

Monday: 

9 - 10 p.m. Coached SWIM. Crosby Leisure Centre [October to March]

6 - 7:30 p.m. Open water uncoached SWIM / Crosby Lakeside [April-September] £4.80 for members

Tuesday:

7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Coached RUN. Meeting at Dunes Splash World, Southport [October to March]

Run session - 6:45 until approx 8:00pm / Meeting at Sefton Park Boating Lake. Free session for members!!

  • All abilities - Sessions rotate between tempo, negative splits, sprints, hills.

Wednesday:

8:15 - 9:15 p.m. Coached SWIM. Formby Pool. £3.50 Club members only

Coached RUN Session Litherland Track  10:00 - 11.00 a.m.  [October-April] £3 - Members only.

10:00 - 11:30 a.m. / Open water uncoached SWIM / Crosby Lakeside [April-September] £4.80 for members.

Sunday:
Bike rides and runs are arranged between members at times mutually convenient to themselves.

 NOTE: If an athlete has any injuries or medical conditions it is their responsibility to inform the coach  prior to the start of that session.
