Mersey Tri Sessions:

Monday:

9-10p.m.   Crosby Pool swim  [October-April]

6-7:30PM / Open water SWIM / Crosby Lakeside [April-September]

Tuesday:

6:45 - 8:00pm / Run / Sefton Park Boating Lake

  • All abilities - Sessions rotate between tempo, negative splits, sprints, hills

Saturday:

Litherland Track  10-11.00a.m.  [October-April]

10-11:30PM / SWIM / Crosby Lakeside [April-September]

Sunday:
Bike rides and runs are arranged between members at times mutually convenient to themselves.

 

NOTE: If an athlete has any injuries or medical conditions it is their responsibility to inform the coach  prior to the start of that session.
