Biggest sporting achievement to date?: Achieving Good for Age spot for London marathon... And teaching myself front crawl(albeit quite a poor front crawl!)

Worst Habit ?: Not swimming enough and running in the 'Grey zone' oh and not taking on nutrition I hate gels!
Favourite song to train to / motivate?: Chemical Brothers 'Galvanize'
Something about you that many people do not know?: Classical music gives me the rage!I'm more chilled out by Motörhead than Mozart.
If you could tell other athletes one thing you have learned so far in your training what would it be?: Don't forget to strengthen the core to prevent injury
What is your ultimate goal as an athlete?: To keep enjoying it until my old age!

What's your most memorable racing moment?: Hell Runner november 2012...being stuck in a freezing lake with icy water up to our necks in a bottleneck for 30minutes with grown men crying around us and wishing they where shopping with their wife's... horrendous!
Any unusual race day routines or superstitions?: I have a cup of tea and a bowl of porridge...oh wait I do that every day...then No I don't.
What race / event / ride is on your bucket list?: Dublin 70.3 2015

Nutrition of choice: SIS gels(if I have to!) Flapjacks-preferably Helen Michael's home made ones
What piece of equipment couldn't you live without?: A Buff -a scarf or a hat what could be better!
