Least Favourite Workout?: Pool swimming I get bored.

Favourite song to train to / motivate?: Dr Kucho - Can't stop playing

Something about you that many people do not know?: I was once 6ft. Haha

If you could tell other athletes one thing you have learned so far in your training what would it be?: Recovery and Rest are just as important as all the training you put in.

What is your ultimate goal as an athlete?: To represent my country at an age group event.

Favourite Race / Course?: LLandudno Sea Triathlon.

What's your most memorable racing moment?: Going Down the red carpet at Staffs 70,3 then shacking Gordon Ramsey's Hand and the only thing I could say is I like yours burgers. Haha

Any unusual race day routines or superstitions?: not off the top of my head.

What race / event / ride is on your bucket list?: Kona, Marathon de Sables
