Favourite song to train to / motivate?: O' sole mio! Just kidding - don't train with music.
Something about you that many people do not know?: During my first duathlon I managed to fall off my bike as I couldn't take my foot off the strap..I went flat on my side in front of the race officials, marshals and supporters.. very embarrassing.
If you could tell other athletes one thing you have learned so far in your training what would it be?: Be as consistent as you can in your training and don't forget that the REST DAY is there not because your coach doesn't know what session you should do, but because your body needs it!!!
What is your ultimate goal as an athlete?: I haven't got the ultimate goal.. I could say qualifying for Kona, but I just want to improve my time.
Favourite Race / Course?: Challenge Roth
What's your most memorable racing moment?: Finishing my first Ironman distance race, that will be impressed in my mind forever like the first time I climbed the Solarer Berg.. How could I forget racing in Roth in speedos?!?
Any unusual race day routines or superstitions?: I haven't got any unusual routine.. I just need a pot of porridge before the race.
What race / event / ride is on your bucket list?: There are so many races around the world that I'd like to do, it's a great to visit different countries!
Swim: 2XU wetsuit that need to be upgraded and Zoggs Predator Flex goggles
Bike: Specialized Transition and Northwave Tri-shoes

What piece of equipment couldn't you live without?: My Garmin 910xt... Love it!
